Basement walls require framing which at times can be a tricky. You need to be aware of the different situations and problems that complicate this activity before commencing with the steps. Perimeter wall framing is a must when dealing with basement walls. You may for example frame them using the 2” x 4” construction which could also apply to your exterior walls. Good measurement studs can make one’s basement to become warm which is a priority to many people out there.
Basement internal walls can also be built on the ground. Care should be vital when doing this so as to avoid wedges in between the floors of the ceiling. If it’s on a clay solid construction, then make sure that the basement floor is slightly up and use the L-shaped steel ground.
