Types of scaffolding

One of the most essential requirements in any commercial construction work is the scaffolding. A scaffolding comprises of 3 core parts; boards, tubes and couplers to join the tube. They build up a support area for man Scaffolds are available in different shapes and sizes .Some of the most common scaffolds are as follows;
Cantilever Scaffold: This type of scaffold is provided support only at one end.
Suspended or Swing Stage Scaffolds: They are window washers. This scaffold consists of a tall structure that is suspended and their height can be increased or decreased accordingly.
Independent or Bird Cage Scaffold: Bird cage scaffold comprises of two or even more rows of vertical pole. These poles are further supported by horizontal pipes. They are mostly used in ceilings works.
Single Fold Scaffold: It consists of a single row of pipes that are supported against a structure. They are often used for plastering a wall or painting it.
There are different kinds of scaffolds .Therefore its essential for you to decide which kind of scaffold is suitable for which job.
